Please follow our tips below on keeping your new hair extensions in top condition...

1. Always remove clip-in extensions when washing and use a good quality shampoo and conditioner. For best results use products specially formulated for use on hair extensions (see Soft & Silky product range)

2. Do not wash your hair extensions too often and when washing use warm water NOT hot water. For advice on washing our synthetic ponytails please Click Here

3. When washing, lay hair flat and smooth or sponge shampoo onto your extensions. Do not rub or massage shampoo into hair as this can cause unnecessary tangling.

4. Rinse thoroughly and apply conditioner. Rise again thoroughly and leave to dry. Do not brush hair when wet.

5. Finish by styling as normal. Hair products and heat appliances can be used. Please be careful not to use high heat on thermofibre extensions.

For best results use a leave in conditioner once a week and a daily maintenance spray to protect your extensions and promote healthy shine - please see our Styling Guide
