> How often can I wear my clip-in hair extensions?
Our clip-in extensions are suitable for everyday use although it is recommended that you remove extensions before going to bed, swimming & washing your hair to avoid damage to your extensions.

> Will my hair extensions look natural?
Our unique blend of colours are designed to match and naturally enhance your own hair.
As will all of hair extensions, if your own hair is very thick or has a straight blunt cut, the ends may need to be razored for a seamless look. As the discreet clip fastenings are hidden by your own hair no one will be able to tell you are wearing extensions unless you choose to share your secret with them.

> Can I style my hair extensions?
Our silky straight extensions can be blow dried, curled & straightened As with your own hair, too much heat can damage extensions and cause dry ends so always use a heat protective spray before styling and remember that non heated curling tools work just as well!

> How often can I wash them?
You do not need to wash your hair extensions too often unless you wear them everyday or use lots of styling products. A good maintenance spray or leave-in conditioning spray will revive tired looking or dull extensions and keep them looking fresh until your next wash. With our synthetic hairpieces, always use cold water and a mild shampoo.

> My hair extensions are too long. Can I cut them?
Urban Candy provide a free pre-cutting service with purchase of your hair extensions. Simply email us stating your prefered length. For cut & style, it is advisable to take your extensions to a hairdresser experienced in cutting hair extensions. Urban Candy use only the hot razor technique to cut your extensions to achieve a natural look while the heat seals the ends for healthy looking hair.

> Will my clip-in hair extensions damage my hair or scalp?
Our clip-in extensions will not damage your hair or scalp. Due to weight of extensions it is advisable that your own hair is at least 4cm long. For extremely sensitive scalps, clip-in extensions may not be suitable for you. Our consultants will be happy to advise you.
