The following are our Terms & Conditions for purchasing or returning goods...

Delivery: Orders placed via our website are for delivery with in the UK mainland only. Please see International Shipping Options for orders placed outside the UK

Payments: Payment in full must be made prior to dispatch of any order and can be paid for via our secure online store using PAYPAL or over the telephone using a vaild debit/credit card (we currently accept VISA, ACCESS/ MASTERCARD, AMEX, SWITCH and all major debit cards). Goods must be paid for in full before they are sent out to you.

Refunds/Exchanges: In the event that the products is found defective or you feel unsatisfied with a product, you must notify us by telephone or by emailing returns@theurbancandystore.com A full refund, exchange or credit excluding shipping and handling charges will be made on goods returned to us unworn and in perfect condition.

Please Note: Returned goods MUST be sent back to us in the original form you received them in within 14 days of original receipt. Packaging and products must be intact. Refunds will only be given less shipping and handling charges once we receive and inspect the goods you may have sent back. Refunds will NOT be granted on worn hair.

For customers protection all exchanges/returns should be sent back by a form of recorded delivery, in the event that the parcel should go missing en-route to us.
